the location allowed for easy access to many restaurants nearby. the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs . the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options..
i noticed paper cups instead of proper cups and saucers in the room.

spacious room kind staff delicious breakfast
i adored the room's design! the spaciousness of the rooms created a romantic atmosphere. the really sweet staff made everything so effortless. breakfast was so delicious, i appreciated the variety.
i found the air conditioning not working was a small inconvenience. a fan was offered, but it was not the same as a set temperature. mosquitos were a problem when the windows were open.

spacious room canal location good breakfast
the room was spacious and featured venetian decor. the location was amazing, right on the canal. breakfast was good, a solid start to the day.
The pillows were quite firm. I prefer a softer option!

poor air conditioning mosquito problem
The staff was friendly. I have to admit that was acceptable.
the air conditioning barely worked in my room. i was offered a fan, but that really did not help get the room to a comfortable temperature. opening the windows was better for temperature, but then mosquitoes got in.

solid stay in central location
spacious room breakfast selection good access
i stayed in the beautiful double room. the room was spacious. breakfast had a top notch selection and service was quick. the location is pretty good with easy access to the vaporetto.
the air con did not work well in my room. i had to open the windows. mosquitos got in.
